How Many Cartons of Cork Tiles Do I Need?

Each carton contains 50 tiles and covers approximately 4.5m².

To estimate the number of cartons required:

Do natural cork floor tiles need to be sealed?
Absolutely, yes! Even if some of our natural cork floor tiles come pre-finished, we strongly suggest applying a site-coat of polyurethane after they’re installed. This is super important as it seals the joints, protecting them from moisture and spills – especially vital if you’re putting them in the kitchen.
You bet! Natural cork floor tiles are actually fantastic for pets. They’re naturally slip-resistant, which is great for their paws, and they feel lovely and “warm” underfoot. Just a friendly tip: keep your dog’s nails trimmed. While cork is tough, very large dogs with sharp claws could potentially scratch the finish over time.
Keeping your cork floors looking great is a breeze. Just use a pH-neutral cleaner (like Loba or Bona floor cleaner) and a damp (not soaking wet!) microfibre mop. Steer clear of harsh chemicals or steam mops, as these can damage the cork’s unique cellular structure.
