Yes! Timbermate is a water-based, 4-in-1 filler that is perfect for both timber and cork. It doesn’t shrink, sink, or crack, making it ideal for filling gaps, knots, and nail holes before applying your final finish.

What should I do if my Timbermate Putty has dried out in the tub?

One of the best features of Timbermate is its indefinite shelf life. If it hardens, simply add a few drops of water and mix it back to a paste. It is 100% organic and contains no acrylic or solvents, so it never goes to waste.

Can I stain or paint over Timbermate once it's dry?

Absolutely. Timbermate takes all types of stains, varnishes, and coatings (water or oil-based) exceptionally well. For the best result, choose a colour slightly lighter than your wood, as it will darken to its true shade once the topcoat is applied.
